Tech Now determines its hourly rate depending on the location of service, whether services are performed in our store or on your site.
That rate is then modified according to the time of day and the modified value is modified again by the weekend or holiday status of the date of service.

We reserve the right to charge extra when providing services after hours (5:00pm to 9:00pm local time),
overnight (9:00pm to 9:00am local time), on weekends (Saturday and Sunday in the local
timezone), and on holidays.
